Sustainability at the highest level
At the Feddersen Group, sustainability is a top priority. We anchor our sustainability goals at the highest management level to ensure independent and forward-looking decisions. With clear responsibilities and transparent reporting, supported by our CSR staff unit, we continuously monitor our progress.
The Executive Board is informed about developments, risks and opportunities on a monthly basis, which means that sustainability is inextricably linked to our Group strategy. In areas such as climate and environmental protection, the circular economy and employer attractiveness, we not only see challenges, but above all immense opportunities. This is how we actively shape sustainable corporate development.

Integrity, transparency and development
Our corporate policy forms the foundation for trust and responsible behaviour. Our core values - integrity, responsibility, openness and excellence - guide us every day and characterise a culture that we have shaped together with our employees.
The continuous development of our employees and managers through structured training, from e-learning to specialised workshops, strengthens our compliance culture. In this way, we promote responsible decision-making at all levels. To ensure the highest ethical standards and prevent risks such as corruption, we use a robust digital whistleblower system that enables confidential reporting.

Our supply chain
Our responsibility extends beyond our own sites: we build on long-term, sustainable partnerships with our suppliers. These are essential for stable supply chains and the joint realisation of our sustainability goals.
In accordance with supply chain legislation, we carry out comprehensive risk analyses to identify and assess social and environmental risks. Our Code of Conduct for suppliers sets clear standards for ethics, human rights, environmental protection and social responsibility. Efficient accounts payable management also strengthens trust. In this way, we ensure that our supply chains are not only efficient, but also sustainable and fit for the future - a win-win situation for everyone involved.
