We value the opinion of our employees. That's why we regularly conduct internal surveys and implement good ideas. Would you like an example? A colleague from the production department of AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH thought about how to reduce the amount of waste there. Previously, a small amount of carbon fibres was extracted and thrown away with every order due to the extraction system at the carbon fibre dosing unit. These are now collected and reused - that's 100-150 kg per month.

To promote your health, we offer preventive courses and workshops, an annual flu vaccination and ergonomic workplaces at some locations as part of our company health management (BGM). A counselling hotline is available to you free of charge and anonymously in case of need in professional and private crisis situations. For us, BGM also includes participation in sports events. We pay the registration fee for our sports enthusiasts.
