For our branch in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to represent the Feddersen Group on site.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our business in one of the fastest-growing economic regions. What you’ll do
- Lead a small sales team for the Malaysia and Singapore region, set targets, and drive the development of your team.
- Build close, trust-based customer relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and create added value through smart solutions.
- Channel market and customer insights into the development of new products and suppliers.
Drive change, improve structures, and develop our site in the region in a measurable way. - Work closely with the Asian leadership team and with colleagues from sales organizations in other countries.
What we’re looking for
- Solid knowledge of engineering thermoplastics and their applications – ideally with hands-on experience in injection molding/extrusion.
- Completed technical degree (e.g., plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry) or technician/comparable qualification with a focus on plastics – alternatively, several years of commercial experience in the plastics sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively and results-orientedly drive growth with the existing portfolio and new products.
- Change competence: you can bring teams along, improve processes, and further develop organizations in the region.
- Very good command of English (at least C1) for collaboration with international customers and suppliers.
