- You are responsible for the conception and introduction of a unified recruiting process, tools, and standards for the entire group to increase efficiency and quality.
- Your tasks also include advising and supporting HR teams at our national and international locations on all recruiting and employer branding matters.
- Your work is, of course, based on the analysis of recruiting KPIs, allowing you to continuously optimize our recruiting & employer branding processes.
What Inspires Us
- A solid foundation is your successfully completed studies or training in the fields of HR, communication, business, or psychology.
- You already have several years of professional experience in recruiting and have successfully developed and implemented effective employer branding measures.
- Your working style is independent and proactive; you always focus on our employees and candidates. An open and enthusiastic personality characterizes you.
- You are committed, communicative, and value teamwork.
- You bring a high level of creativity, a strong sense of recruiting trends, and a genuine passion for your work.
- You are absolutely confident in handling social and corporate media, applicant management systems, and all common digital tools.
Our Offer to You
- From day one, you are part of the team – we value freedom, responsibility, and a collegial and appreciative environment.
- Your commitment pays off! In addition to a performance-based salary, we offer many additional benefits, such as a 13th salary, a company pension plan, or group accident insurance.
- An unlimited employment contract in a traditional company provides you with security for your future.
- We are based on a healthy value system. The sole shareholder of K.D. Feddersen Holding GmbH is the non-profit K.D. Feddersen Foundation, which operates a senior residence in Hamburg-Lokstedt for around 220 elderly people.
- We value the individual life models of our colleagues. That’s why we offer flexible working models such as flextime and remote work for two days a week. You can completely unwind during 30 vacation days a year.
- Your development is supported through annual employee reviews and individual training measures.
