K.D. Feddersen Holding GmbH in Hamburg serves as the central holding and service company for the Feddersen Group companies. It is responsible for shared services such as finance and accounting, payroll, treasury, controller services, communication & public relations, IT, and human resources.

For our location in Hamburg-Hammerbrook, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time (minimum 28 hours per week) for the Human Resources department as soon as possible.

What Inspires You

As a Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d), you play a key role in conceptualizing and implementing our personnel development measures. Your responsibilities are as follows:

For our Hamburg location:

  • Based on the personnel development concept you create, you develop and implement personnel development tools and processes.
  • You design development opportunities and create inspiring career paths for our talents.
  • You actively support and promote cultural change processes and significantly contribute to the organizational development of our companies together with our HR Business Partners.
  • You design targeted and engaging training events, workshops, and training sessions, and, if necessary, conduct them yourself.
  • You implement, manage, and optimize our digital learning offerings and opportunities.
  • In collaboration with our HR Business Partners, you provide advisory support to our managers and employees on development issues.
  • You evaluate our personnel development measures and processes to ensure their effectiveness and continuously improve them.

For the Feddersen Group:

  • You develop a forward-looking and consistent personnel development strategy for the entire Feddersen Group and support the HR teams of the subsidiaries in its implementation.
  • To this end, you define and communicate a holistic personnel development concept that spans from onboarding to the development of our leaders.
  • You competently advise and support the HR teams at national and international locations on all personnel development matters.
  • You analyze overarching qualification needs and derive targeted development measures from them.
